How much is the service?
See the prices page for the level price list. Additional levels of equal or lesser value are 50% off. So if you subscribe to NL $5/10 Full & 6Max for Party Poker and Full Tilt, you only pay $35/month. Also subscribing to Party Poker FL $30/60 would total $52.50/month--a savings of $17.50.
How much is the first month?
After paying the subscription price, described above, your account will be charged a pro-rated amount. The remainder will be applied to your next month's bill.

For example, if your levels total $15/month and you begin on August 17th with a $15 deposit, your account will have $7.26 deducted for the current month. The next month your balance will be updated and you will be charged the outstanding amount due: $7.26.

How can I pay?
We accept PayPal and Credit Card via Google Checkout.
How often do I pay?
We send out payment requests early in the month. Payment is due by the 7th of each month. If your bill is less than $5, payment is deferred until the following month.
When are the hand history emails sent out?
Party Poker emails are sent by 11:00 PM GMT. Full Tilt emails by 12:00 AM GMT. Emails are occasionally sent later due to circumstances beyond our control.
How many emails will I receive?
You will receive one email for each type of data mined. For example, subscribing to Party FL $3/6 6Max and Full will result in two emails being sent.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
